Who we are
A consultancy run by people who have done it themselves.
Fertility Consultants International (FCI) is an international medical consulting firm striving to help fertility centers around the world improve their business development, strategic planning, marketing, operational facilities, design, and, most importantly, success rates.
FCI is a pioneer in its field: there is no other comprehensive fertility business development company of its kind in the world. FCI was started by Fady Sharara, M.D., FACOG, founder and Medical Director of the Virginia Center for Reproductive Medicine (VCRM), a leading fertility practice in the Washington, DC area. FCI is headquartered in the USA.
We can help set practices up from scratch, offering financing, marketing ideas, physical plant set-up, architectural design, laboratory set-up, operating room requirements and approvals, clinical area designs, and we review established practices, incorporate new technologies, and make appropriate recommendations.
FCI employs reproductive endocrinologists, laboratory directors, practice managers, and nurses from across the USA, and partners with leading vendors for laboratory, radiology, and clinical equipment as well as EMR implementation, which lets us negotiate the best deals on your behalf.
