Our target clients are fertility practices around the world, with special emphasis on practices in the Middle East and North Africa. Over the past 10 years, the use of Assisted reproductive Technology (ART) has become main stream and more and more children are born with the use of these techniques (> 1% of all USA births, and about 2% of all births in Scandinavia). Our expertise resides in setting up Fertility Centers and in improving Fertility Centers' marketing and business development, patient flow and record keeping, laboratory and clinical operations that result in improving the delivery of care and improving success rates in all aspects of ART. We have extensive experience in running all aspects of ART, including IVF, ICSI, donor oocyte, gestational surrogacy (GC), EMR implementation, laboratory set-up (andrology, endocrinology, and embryology), operating room design, and help with required facility planning and equipment purchase. Our success rates have been one of the highest in the USA (please visit our sister company, Virginia Center for Reproductive Medicine (VCRM) at
www.vcrmed.com, to view our ART statistics and success rates). VCRM is
one of the top 10 practices in the USA in terms of success rates as noted on
www.fertilitysuccessrates.com, and is the only program in the top 25 nationwide in the North East of the USA. VCRM is also a member of the
Infertility Centers of Excellence Network.
We have been using extended embryo culture since 2003, which enabled us to improve significantly our success rate while decreasing the number of embryos transferred. We have since used Blastocyst Transfers (BT) in most our ART cases, and reducing the incidence of multiple gestation has been one of our goals (we have been pioneers in the push for elective Single embryo transfer (eSET) since 2004). We are currently conducting clinical research in several areas, including optimal ovarian stimulation regimen, and reducing the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), especially in oocyte donors.
We can translate our vast experience acquired over the past 15 years into comprehensive strategic planning with its sole aim to help Fertility Centers achieve unparalleled success in their respective markets.
Our first international branch opened in Beirut, Lebanon, in 2009. We believe this branch will provide critical access to the many centers in the Middle East and North Africa that can benefit from a partnership with FCI.
FCI employs
Reproductive Endocrinologists, Laboratory directors, practice managers, and nurses from across the USA. We also partner with many companies and vendors to set up Laboratory, radiology and clinical equipments, as well as EMR implementation, which allows FCI to negotiate the best deals on your behalf.
